That document is just a pleading to the judge to reconsider his ruling. He has not ruled on that pleading, or Asher's rebuttal!
It is just a piece of paper and a prayer...
The previous doc I linked to is where the ruling stands unless her arguments can get him to reconsider... which isn't likely!
