DBMM filed a desperate begging "Motion to Reargue and Modify" claiming that they never got that order (maybe their dog ate it?) to turn the company over. They also state that if they comply they are immediately out of business. (duh) This is NOT new information, and the judge already considered it when previously ruling!
The judge will likely reaffirm his previous ruling, dismiss their motion, and it is BK for DBMM!
This P&D is those who know this... selling to those that don't!
