Again nobody would give that kinda money to convert for less money. That makes no sense.
I've been to plenty of private equity meetings and trust me those buys know what they are doing. They try and make their investment only in their favor. Nobody in their right mind would give somebody $35 million and expect less back. Especially if it involves the share price
