Unless ofcourse, you have information the rest of us aren't privy to. Which means you're inside and unable to say. My guess is that you've invested quite a bit of cash and continue to hope and pray this lawsuit thing will simply go away. It won't. More than two years here and the pps reflects the affects of this litigation. It will not rise to its fullest potential until that issue goes away. Which could be, i'm afraid, a very long time.
