It is important to have balance, especially in Penny Land! Yin/Yang - Questions/Faith - Hope/DD!

As of lately, we have heard the following:

Snakes and Lattes 3rd location, GROzone JV, Uplisting, Cineplex talks, ANOTHER GROzone/company discussion, Organic Matters Magazine feature, 20 million shares to be retired, Franchise company acquisition, Vapor/gin infusion company acquisition, AND maybe something I am forgetting...

THAT IS A LOT of things in the mix that are "happening" and I would like to see just ONE of them (preferably the GROzone deal/JV) complete BEFORE they continue to keep adding to the list...THIS is dangerous IMO, and can create mistrust in investors. EVEN IF something doesn't happen, it is PARAMOUNT to follow up and let investors know. I am not going to forget something mentioned because something else was added to the list.

NOW, all of that being said, I am SOOOOOO excited for what is "potentially" happening, BUT until anything on that list happens, IT HASN'T HAPPENED!!! and we will continue to be around .035-.04 at best...TRUST I am deep in this game, and WANT these things to happen AND I believe SOME of them will happen...but which ones and when?! I do not know!

YES, things that have been announced in the past HAVE happened, BUT, if I remember correctly, the list was NEVER this long (or at least ALL at once)...ONE important business thing I know is: If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. NOT being prepared to grow can be as dangerous as not growing at all!

It has almost been TWO weeks since this PR on 03/30: "GROzone is in the final stages of an agreement to market and distribute the GROzone antimicrobial systems alongside a highly established hydroponics developer." AND the follow-up tweet on April 5th said: "We intended to release details of the new GROzone deal with the hydroponic developer tomorrow but their IR department has requested time." That was almost a week ago. Volume went from an ALL TIME HIGH of 17+ million to under 2 Million today (hopefully it breaks that).

We need to know that the original GROzone Hydroponics deal is done! Un-apologetically, Un-biased, and without emotion, this is a business, not a friendship/relationship...IMO.

PLEASE do not question/confuse my faith/belief with my want for factual/solid/concrete closure
