Completely agree. Besides,
1. Dr. Otiko provisional patent is a unique invention, probably stemmed from Phillips/Keough old/dropped provisional patent filling with some improvement to Phillips/Keough technology.
2. Dr. Otiko provisional patent is still pending, not rejected and not approved either.
3. A patent approval could be very fast, or very slow. However, this won't affect the doctor's product selling.
