You're correct about the NDAs. Awhile ago somebody posted the e-mail exchange they had with Mark Kay regarding this frustrating issue. Mark gave the example of Best Buy writing him, in no uncertain terms, that SFOR was only a supplier. Consequently, any press releases were the sole responsibility of Best Buy. End of story. Sometimes when you're a small supplier you have to dance to the large buyer's tune. I perfectly understand this & am just glad Best Buy now sells SFOR product.
