jdheart... a r/s would be bad for shareholders, but in those circumstances it would be the lesser of 2 evils... which is more preferred... bankruptcy or r/s...??? Lose all your investment or maybe not make millions if dvax is a success??? The more important thing here, as bad as any shareholder may hate to admit, is that cancer victims get the best treatment possible, whether we recoup our investment or not... make no mistake, the company's focus is finding a cure for those who have cancer, NOT to make a profit for investors.

As a retiree with fully 1/3 of my retirement invested in NWBO I share your sentiments... but we need to understand our desire for profit is not in play here... as it should be. That being said I hope for good top line data and fda approval prior to NWBO's need for r/s...
