Attila, if it is #2, then Biogen will have a lot of egg on its face since it terminated two/three other agreements on seemingly compatible (might not be the right word) add-ons to its MS drug program before it jumped into the MSA with Anavex, after paying hundreds of millions, I believe. Lots of explaining to its s/holders if there is no HIT with Anavex.

IMO - Biogen had a very good idea of the potential end results. What might be happening behind the scenes is the preparation of patent applications of its drugs in combo with 2-73 while both companies await the financial structure approval by the Anavex s/holders.
