Please share the email exchange between you and Otiko in which he acknowledged his belief the Phillips/Keough patent-pending application for the transdermal delivery system was "dropped" and that he can file a new application for this technology.

Can you confirm whether the future state products announced in news releases are based on this invention?

The U.S. Patent Application published as US 20130190274 was dropped by Phillips.

This is why ViaDerma filed a new provisional patent two months ago.
