It is disgusting OR revolting to the moral sense - when the top line results are hidden (until a conference that is going to happen in June according to the guesstimate of another post). Methinks it did not work out well!! If it did, I see no reason why Smith or his organization cannot put forth a one line press release stating that the study met the endpoints- the earlier it comes out the better it is for the patients. I don't think the patients are after the data, they just need a word from the persons and places of reputation -Right?
For that matter, if I understand correctly, the study was supported by machine(s) freely provided by this company. If that is the case the company and its share holders also have a right to know the top line result (after all the company is not the legacy of CM or the BoD, to hold it a secret)!!!!!!
But anyway why do you care?!!!!!!
