If true and nearly the entire population could be covered with Fibertower's full spectrum portfolio...is this a sign that AT&T was not able to secure the bulk of Fibertower's portfolio or was it a play to make sure the competition doesn't have the chance to purchase it?

I don't know what to make of today's announcement (good, bad, or otherwise). I expected a little more chatter around here today.
