ACS has already exercised their option to buy the GID/MT Keystroke Encryption patents 28 JAN 2016. And in the webinar stated they own them now. We don't know if paid yet and will see what the filings say this month.
The Keystroke Encryption patents and MF/OOBA patents will be bought by different companies.
As the catalysts playout this year with revenue continuously increasing, yes keep pushing forward with the biz mission and reaching the goal that Mr. Kay stated - buyout. I truly believe TPG/INTEL already know the value of the MF/OOBA patents which is becoming Industry Standard and will be. And to add, sounds like Mr. Kay is setting up an awesome package to be acquired by the new spin-off company McAfee, and not just meaning the MF/OOBA patents!
The possibilities here are truly amazing!
