Someone earlier saw an article that Clark County Nevada might not allow Rec mj sales to start July 1st. Here is the follow up article to say they are back on track for rec to start July 1.

As far as having a deadline to qualify for a rec license, I cant see where that bill has passed yet. We will have to wait and see. Our legislature only meets for like 6 weeks every other year and this session is fast coming to a close. It may have just been a threat. One woman at the hearing of the new proposed law said it took six months for the city of North Las Vegas and Clark country to figure our which sewer she belonged to. She was hot mad at the idea they might restrict her from the application process.
