I'm new to PNTV I have gone back on your posts Partime (and others on this board) and I am impressed with the DD and opinions. It appears it has been a long and winding road for PNTV that by all appearances is starting to straighten out! The long list of compliance conditions (fire and security) that are required for final occupancy is hopefully close to completion, but if they aren't done by April 30/17, they will not be eligible for a recreational license. Am I correct in this assumption? How would not receiving a rec lic affect their biz plan, and ultimately the share price? Any ideas?
