A reverse split is one thing. A reverse split in conjunction with a reverse merger is another animal entirely.

The fact that change of control of AEPP has happened already is something in and of itself.

If Redman desired a R/S, wouldn’t he have had Kistler do it before taking control of AEPP?

Kistler could have quietly initiated a massive reverse split, wiping everyone out and let AEPP trade as AEPPD for a month before the change of control.

If there is a massive R/S now, its on Redman and Oncolix.

Not sure that he would want to wear that on his sleeve, while taking his company public.

Ya never know though.

I have seen CEOs try selling stupid on a stick for no apparent reason.
