so we have three possibilities:

1. contingency meaning the firm is investing in a strong outcome.

2. 3rd party funded, meaning someone else invested and sees a strong outcome.

3. they are self funding, which means maybe they have some of that undisclosed licensing fee, or ACS payment.

either way, or a combination still is great! we are gonna see a strong outcome.
