Here's something someone can ask Kevin. Is the current submission to the FDA and Original ANDA or an ANDA.

Of course he will probably say it's confidential. If he says that, it's most likely an ANDA which means there was something wrong with the Original ANDA. He will most likely tell that was done prior to the merger as another way to avoid an answer.
