I was told the same thing but ZPaul had already told us this before so it is not really news but it IS HUGE for settlement purposes. That's why I keep saying who cares about the PPS. If folks want to try and short SFOR there are so many of us that will snap up cheaper shares. A friend of mine is taking a risk right now and holding on to his hundreds of thousands of dollars because I told him that this might happen but it is a risky waiting game knowing an announcement can come out at any day and any time. I have decided to make sure that I have a great position right now and if cheaper shares are available I will be all over it.
