I had thought bidding war between MSFT and INTEL before. After time and more DD, changed up to INTEL/TPG will buy the $SFOR PID MF/OOBA patents. And make a deal/license with ACS for keystroke encryption patents

ACS exercised their option to purchase keystroke encryption patents on 28 JAN 2016, and from recent webinar states they own them now.

INTEL spin-off 51% of their Security DIV/McAfee to TPG for 3.1B in cash. It wasn't doing good under INTEL and in comes TPG to acquire majority. This was final 4 APR 2017. TPG also investing 1.1B into the new McAfee making the deal 4.2B.

The McAfee Security Innovation Alliance want to improve and build the best cybersecurity platform! By using $SFOR IP and ACS under the McAfee roof makes total sense! INTEL/TPG/R&G are already working with $SFOR!

If 51% of McAfee was worth 3.1B in cash to pay INTEL, the MF/OOBA patents rate at least that, probably double and closer to 8B!
