Many thanks. That helps. When I first saw the ads, I didn't think they made sense, but didn't bother to try to figure out what was going on. The early ones focused on Delaware, and the importance of its incorporation business. But what did that have to do with anything? Tens of thousands of companies are incorporated in Delaware. TransPerfect may be sold to another Delaware company. Who knows?

The latest ad mostly features supposedly devastated employees. But who's to say they'll be fired if the sale goes through? Maybe they will be, but that has nothing to do with Delaware, really. The company's headquarters are in New York, and apparently they have 90 offices across the country.
