I would guess that all the stock sold over those years into market came from the gang so some unfortunate buyers were fleeced as they would be left holding it or trying to dump for a loss in the later years..that's exactly what the group does..spends money on BS promoters and false press releases and dumps stock they have held with 3rd party "friends"...so looking back at the trade history I believe Trahan, Baldwin and Wilkes made out like bandits...now they will do same with another pubco...follow Wilkes, he seems to be the sucker that puts his name on reports after Trahan departs (so he can dump more shares legally ?)
