S4W Facts:
1) S4W IS using Neah batteries. The batteries exist...Neah is NOT a fraud...

2) S4W and Neah are operating under an NDA, hence Chris's mouth is zipped shut, the 10k is extremely late, etc.

3) Big trade show today/this weekend.
