Shows Florida Distillers, Carribbean Distillers LLC making an application approval request on 3/28/2016 which they were granted with the name 'Florida Carribbean Distillers' being the name on the label and that is what they are showing on the label..

The second link shows Caribbean Distillery LLC filing for a company named 'TESADO BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS' ON 4/27/2016 meaning Caribbean Distiller LLC owns a company named 'TESADO BESADO HOUSTON TEXAS' which again shows on the label application and approved as such. That also shows on the label so the corrolation between the label application which was approved and the company application are all in line. With the production of the labels as approved and the application for the business name they can now prove use for any trademark application or to contest anyone else trying to steal a company name as a trademark.

IMHO looks like they covered their ass on this one but hay what the hell do I know!
