All good stuff, but both Turino and Hall were given penalties from the court and told to never be involved with another publicly traded company. Turino tried to hide more in CMKX, but his involvement was obvious.

FWIW, the first day I saw a post from some guy named minerscreek, I announced "Here is the bigger and better scam stock brought to you by the same guys.....of course, I was a "basher" so I was deemed evil.

Just my opinion, of course.
