The stock is worth far more, the problem is obviously they are not meeting FDA requirements. But, you can see they are working on this and will eventually get to approval. Stock under a dollar is way too cheap.

The way FDA is moving in directions of fixing the drug abuse issue, and high drug prices, they want Remoxy on the market. Because it offers more abuse deterrent drug option, and more competition to lower the prices. That's is the goal of FDA, so things are changing with Trump administration. PTIE is going to benefit from it greatly.
