I understand that. However, to re-state my question more precisely, who has the expertise, experience, IP, manufacturing experience, etc. to make phones using generic metallic glass. The recent history of LQMT, Engel, and Apple demonstrate that it isn't that easy or quick.

If it is so easy for competitors to find a manufacturer that produces phone components from bulk metallic glass, why hasn't anyone else done it on a large scale? (I'm ignoring the Turing phone because it seems to have been very few phones.) I think that Apple's competitors will be several years behind Apple in using metallic glass - assuming that Eontec is not supplying components to the competitors.
