trunkmonk of course there are those that "want this company to fail or stock price to go down." Can you name a company that doesn't have competition? Don't most publicly traded companies have longs and shorts. Sure that's an important part of a free market, competitive system. It's the level of paranoia here that is unlike I have ever seen. Just because a couple of analyst "correctly" warn about a company does not prove they are part of a conspiracy. This company is in its infancy and even they admit it's a gamble. Why in the world would Rupert Murdoch or Lockheed or DTV even care at this point. No one can show any proof that there is any conspiracy going on here, but like I said, it makes people feel better to have someone to blame. I just think its wrong to personalize it with names like Seth Jayson, Chris Byron or Rupert Murdoch if you can't at least present evidence that there is a "conspiracy". Just because things happen simultaneously is not evidence of a conspiracy. Unless you can show a "coordinated" effort between these parties, then its not evidence of a conspiracy. If unfounded charges are not appropriate against GTE, they are not appropriate against these parties either.

Oh and thanks for the compliment-
"Cole, your not that dumb"
I think...
