The share structure is normally provided by the company to OTC Markets (not any government or official but rather private entity even though it's actually a 'public' or publicly traded operation itself) and the Transfer Agent (Quicksilver Stock Transfer, LLC out of NV is listed) would usually know the SS... but like I say, the company (Solaris Power Cells) has to provide that to them.
