I agree with you, but IMO they may be waiting to release multiple pieces of good news in a short time frame. A big part of the Q4-16 good news (end of dilution) is already out. The 10K may be ok/good, but it's not going to set the world on fire. Maybe better to release the 10K, followed closely/simultaneously with the Q1-10Q and some positive guidance. Light the dynamite once instead of 4 or 5 firecrackers.
