This is why Otiko needs to lay it all out in the Annual Report. We deserve to understand his intentions with the Phillips/Keough delivery system on which his non-exclusive license is based.

Is Otiko basing his future products on the delivery system he has been touting for years? Are these truly unique inventions that will withstand the scrutiny of the USPTO and FDA where appropriate?
