CA Podiatrist Acquitted on Trumped Up Drug Charges But Must Start New Life

An Inland, CA podiatrist is trying to rebuild his life after being acquitted in a prescription fraud case that authorities said was nationwide. More than two years ago, Christopher Otiko was accused of ordering prescriptions illegally for his wife, who was arrested earlier in the same case. "It was the worst experience of my life," he said.

CA Podiatrist Helps Develop Topical Antibiotic

A Reseda, CA podiatrist who helped develop the topical antibiotic Diabecline has been using it on patients since April. He calls the results incredible. Dr. Ayo Otiko said it saved a diabetic woman last year from a possible foot amputation. Otiko said the woman, 76, had developed flesh-eating bacteria that led to an infected ulcer on her big toe. Even the strongest form of an intravenous drug wasn't working, so the next step would have been to cut off the foot.

Otiko stopped the IV drug and started using Diabecline. Within three weeks, everything was cured, he said. "That's never been done before with a topical ointment," he said. "I was amazed." Otiko said most antibiotics kill bacteria with a chemical mechanism. PharmaCline products add a physical form of killing, so the drug is able to physically disrupt the cell wall of the bacteria. That makes it impossible for bacteria to recover.

NOTE: PHARMACLINE is aka Thru Pharma/Dakota Life Sciences/Kasten (OTC:PK KAST). Steven J. Keough is the named inventor of the delivery system, along with Howard Phillips. Otiko paid Phillips for the right to manufacture Viabecline at Phillips facility in Oklahoma, and to distribute it. These are the 10,000 units Otiko plans to sell in Q2 this year. Viabecline is essentially Diabecline. Keough holds the Trademark to Diabecline and plans to protect their IP.

That script just kind of sat around until I was at a medical convention, and I ran into Christopher Otiko, the executive producer of Axeman.

He said: “You know what, I don’t want to hear anything about medicine. I talk about this stuff all day. Let’s talk about movies. I want to write and produce a horror film, and not a new thing. I want to do something old school.”

I said: “Get outta here, man. I was just setting up a project over here, and I think it’s something you might want to work with me on.”

He saw the script. He liked it, and it was right for his production company, and we sat down and just went through it. What his contribution was, he knew what he wanted for entertainment value to make sure audiences were being entertained every moment throughout the film. What he did was he went through and questioned every single moment.

He said: “Is this really funny? Is this really scary? Is this really dramatic? Is this purposeful to what we’re trying to accomplish? He made it a tighter, more cohesive story. That’s pretty much how we got here. We went into production soon after. While in production, he agreed he wanted to do the entire trilogy. It was just a matter of when. When we finished with distribution, he went ahead and green lit 2 and 3.

The executive producer (Otiko) then brought in an attorney who informed me that he intended to file his own copyright – a fraudulent copyright – to make his agreement with the sales agent valid. I put an end to all the nonsense with a cease and desist letter and the film has just sat. I’ve tried a ridiculous amount of times to bring everyone back to the table and find an amicable solution, but unless it involves me bending over, it just can’t be resolved. And I don’t bend over for nobody. The executive producer lost his money.

Can you link some of the stuff your saying so everyone can see it not just us? So he has a hobby/passion for films hahah but guess what his day job is? He's a doctor not an accountant. Furthermore your assuming his location is like Compton back in the 2000, It is not.
