Was my thoughts also, 2Relax. Stated such on other IHUB board. Very common safety guard used for many companies ripe for a hostile takeover. And 'ripe' is what IMO this company is, with such a ridiculously low stock price and a possible game changing product just now entering the $$$$$$$ pain market. Look out if a 'capital company' grabs a hold of this with majority of shares. They have the resources to totally control the stock price for their desires. Seen it a few times and we as retail holders of stock will be at the mercy of their shenanigans.
