Do you think they may have structured the shares in this way to protect it from a takeover from a big company with deep pockets? Just trying to take over a company with - IN MY OPINION - cutting edge technology that really works?

Kinda like protection? Extreme protection...

When the right CEO takes on this product line, it could be a totally new ballgame in less than a year?
