Tom, you asked "who decided to sell 50k shares in the last minute at 5.74?

It was appx. 46k shares at the ask of 5.71. I speculate the MM received an order, early in the day, and the MM held price down in order to accumulate shares to sell to the tute who placed the order earlier in the day.
