Interesting and understandable. Otiko told his horror movie partner he didn't care about medicine, that he wanted to make horror movies. This convo happened at a medical convention!

So they made a movie or two together, then had a falling out. Seems Otiko and his peeps created a false copyright doc so he could sell the Axeman II - A Night to Dismember flick online. This is covered in Item 3. in the link below. Otiko was the Executive Producer. According to Theney, Otiko lost much money on the film. He worked on it in 2016.

Quick background:

I sold my entire position a couple weeks ago. Being on the sidelines and looking in from the outside has given me a whole different perspective on these types of things. Before when I was a shareholder I would probably just brush it off and turn a blind eye. But now that I'm looking through a different set of eyes, it really opens them to the potential shadyness of this company.

Someone said as long as they continue forward with similar products using the transdermal system that it doesn't bother them, but for me this raises a red flag.

Here's an analogy: In my mind this is like a car salesman quitting and going to real estate. Sure the sales background aspect is still there, but what does he know about real estate?
