Restricted shares are shares that exist


My concern would be a change in OS shares over time. I'm pretty sure that our benchmark has been unrestricted OS shares and float. Unless I'm mistaken, this number hasn't changed in a month. If the float increased, that could indicate more toxic debt, or any of a number of other reasons. So, if it happened I'd be curious to know why. I don't believe that has happened.

I'm not 100% sure of what you are trying to say. Are you just showing that the shares have increased since last year, or are you saying that they are continuing to increase?
