Yes they are suddenly bad mouthing bc company out a RS clause in the 8k filing which bring uncertainty to the stock especially after losing OTCQB status. May end up being great, may not. If the RS clause wasn't in there, this would have been .20 plus. But better safe than sorry is how pennies are traded.
