For over six months, Ph2/3 has been in preparation--longer, probably. What's the hold-up? Money, I presume. And the poison pill doesn't argument doesn't hold water: asked for the same thing two years ago. All I am saying is that a healthy dose of skepticism is not a bad idea. Investors take CEO word as gold. I don't.

Once again, pretty simple here: at the GSM ask the questions and see if you get the answers. If so, please report back the board.

1) Is there an issue with the patent?
2) Where is PK/PD data?
3) How long before Ph2/3 trial starts?
4) How is Ph2/3 going to be funded?
5) Why are you seeking authorization to sell 10m shares? What do you plan on doing with the money?
6) Why did you withdraw 15-month data abstract from recent conference?

There are several other questions, albeit minor ones. Many people on this board have been wondering about these questions (sorry, but nobody has presentable a reasonable answer to any of them). Can't wait to hear answers.

Once again, I bet no one will ask any of these questions at the GSM.
