Well that's the perennial balance question. This is why I downplay retail on pure revenue basis. The intangible is that awareness grows. Ever lived around DC? Orgs run high priced ads to target a few hundred lawmakers.

But on partnerships and deals, I think (after drawing conclusions from numbers), that there is little direct cost in those relationships. And while they may trade away some direct revenue, the revenue is fair and solid, and growing with each new deal.
