I think a big key here is Ram's international patent approval. With that in hand SFOR could approach Singtel with the pitch of a licensing deal that would open up the US market for them. Send some agents to Hong Kong, make the deal, and they would not have to buy us out. Sfor gets all the money without a middleman. Singtel gets new lucrative markets. Cheaper than a buyout. WIN-WIN for both.
