Correct me if I'm wrong, but 1.6B isn't on that link. The number that we are concerned with is Unrestricted Outstanding, or Float...right? That number is still 1.39B, the same as it has been for about a month.

If the number was increasing then I would be concerned. I don't believe that it is.
