Lols.... Very doubtful...

More likely dilution started today and they will continue to pound the price just like the last few dilution at a rate of 10-20% PPS drops daily until they finally finish. Then they will announce a R/S prior to announcing 1st quarter earnings. After the R/S they announce vastly improved 1st Q results and rocket the price upwards with the newly reduced O/S.
