I think the $250 Capital Raise will start to happen at much higher price levels than just now, so average price for the who $250 MM could be north of $2.00+ which would result in just 125MM to 150MM new Shares at the most. Total O/S would be ~300MM shares. With a conservative estimate for Market Cap of 1.4BB, the PPS = 1400/300 = $4.67
