My original investment thesis and why AVXL is my largest spec holding (and largest biotech/only biotech now) continues to remain to be disproven.

That Anavex has the keys to unlocking the mysteries of chronic neuroinflammation.

That Anavex's pipeline will serve as a means to restore neuronal homeostasis by halting the chronic neuroinflammatory cascade whereby the brain's inherent self-healing processes will supercede the neurodegenerative processes.

In essence, pathophysiology may be eliminated - only to restore normal neurophysiology (or more normal neuro-physiology).

It is a long and steady slog through the phases - impatience will be punished and perseverance will be rewarded handsomely .......all my own opinion only.
