Now why would anyone be so concerned about the effect of dumping 9,000,000 shares during the trading day? It's dilution.


TM, I highly doubt it's dilution. Why would anyone suddenly be concerned about dilution (unless you are going to propose a JFK level conspiracy theory). In Jan-Feb the dilution was completely obvious during the trading day. Nothing at all was done to mask it.
