I understand that posters on this board are more in the loop about how to do business with the DOD, than the actual DOD.
If an entity has a "how to do business with me" guideline, the company that wants to do business with the "how to do business with me" entity better follow the "how to do business with me" guidelines.
I find it quite funny that the only counter DD anyone can come up with is, Ummm, ACS, or Paperwork Smaperwork its an afterthought, the product is so good it doesn't need qualifications, watch the webinar by ACS.
Can anyone offer any good solid counter DD that has facts to back it up? Links from government sources about contract procurement?
