I bought two, one each for my elderly parents who had been suffering from discomfort with back pain. My mother has pain in her lower back making it difficult to sleep a full night and it carries over during the day. My father has had sciatica for years and as a veteran, has been using meds that he gets from the VA hospital to deal with the it. When I bought the Acti patches, I instructed them how to wear them and that I would check back in a day or so to see how they helped if at all. I asked my father how things were going and he said that after the first day he noticed that sharpness of the pain had gone and that he was now standing more erect. He kept the patch on every day, non stop only taking it off for his showers. He said that after a few days, the tingling down his leg stopped and that he actually was sleeping through the night. My mothers report was that she noticed relief within the first day when she would be able to get up out of her chair normally and without hesitation. Both parents felt that the patches definitely worked and helped them with the pain, my father didn't take any pain killers during the entire time he said, which is amazing. I have purchased another set of patches to give them and will definitely purchase the non trial version as soon as it becomes available. This is a great product that actually works!!
