This has been in the works for years if you have just followed all the PRs right down the line up until now.....! SDRG rejected last asset sale in exchange for Shengda stock offer ...so it would have to be coming down to a pure cash deal instead..? FDA guessing around 20mil minimum going onto the books by next month after evaluation is completed then submitted ??
