Well, yes. They will be. Until they are which is the plan.

If you don't believe in the CEO/Company, do what you wish. In the same position, I've excited investments. I did this with RMH* most recently.

Trust is very important when it comes to buying and holding. Otherwise, flippers/day traders just do what they do regardless of the stock/company.
